FL, Santa Rosa Beach	Kitchen Garden Books & Antiques	After a long and varied career in the food world, the owner opened an antiquarian book store in January 2004, dedicated to the literature of the kitchen and garden. At the heart of the collection are 19th century American cookery books, charitable and classics. There are a hundreds of volumes on French and Italian cooking, many in the native language.

NY, NYC - Upper East Side	Kitchen Arts & Letters	An institution in NYC, Kitchen Arts & Letters opened in 1983. They are really great in helping you find the best cookbooks for you. I had the privilege of visiting their store a few times when I lived in NYC, and I had to restrain myself from buying too much. They are also able to help you locate hard-to-find cookbooks and they ship worldwide.
